On October and November, 2012 the iSAC6+ project will organize two sessions of a webinar entitled “Improving the effiency of online citizens information services: the iSAC case”  focused on presenting the results achieved in iSAC installation sites in France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Spain and in a wider context of innovative IT solutions for public services at the EU level.

In these webinars, representatives from the local public administrations, involved in iSAC deployment, will share their experience in integrating this tool in existing online information services. A special attention will be given also to present how the system works and can be used, under a technical point of view.

The first webinar will be held on October, 29th 2012. The language of the webinar is English.

15-30-15:45 Presentation of Bremen (Germany)

15:45-16:00 Technical presentation (needed environment, installation process, …)

16:00-16:15 The way forward (future developments and deployment)

These virtual events will include both a presentation that can be viewed on your computer as well as an audio component that can be accessed via your computer speakers or headset.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing more information about joining the Webinar.

Each webinar session will be recorded and the registration published on the iSAC6+ web site (www.isac6plus.eu).

System requirements and technical information

Adobe Connect will be used to host these webinars. No client downloads is required. Users only need a Flash-enabled web browser and an Internet connection to participate.

The basic hardware required to attend an Adobe Connect Meeting is:

• Microphone

• Webcam (optional)
